Dancing is one of the most enjoyable ways to keep fit, socialise, express yourself and some dancers also use dance as a way of de-stressing after a long hard day. People have been appreciating dancing for centuries and whether you are young or old and have two left feet dancing is fun! The notion of dancing as a hobby has always been romanticised because it’s such a graceful and admirable talent. There are so many styles of dancing to experience that there will be something to suit and inspire you. Latin American dances are full of energy and excitement and ballroom dancing is elegant and beautiful. Streetdance and Hip Hop have recently become popular with the younger generations and this could be a class you are interested in for something as simple as looking good on the dance floor. Those of you who used to dance can improve your performance or even try something new!
Our dance schools and classes can offer you one-to-one help or alternately be a new, fun way to socialise in addition to learning a new skill. Also those who are naturally competitive can even go on to participate in the examinations on offer at the NCDTA.
